- At least 5 years of experience in the procurement field within well-established public or private organizations.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in public sector procurement, specifically in PPRA or EPADS, in a similar role.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
As the Manager Procurement & Contracts (M-7), you will:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.
- Manage the entire procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations (PPRA/EPADS) and company policies.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement activities.
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of procured goods.
